Tell us about you & your household → choose any area of life → we ask gently, you stay in control → leave any time with a plan that’s yours. The wheel doubles as a quiet progress map — it fills in as you go, encouraging you through all of it without ever requiring it.
The architecture
What it produces
The end of the flow isn’t an answer — it’s a Care Guide: a personalized document built from what they shared and who’s in their household. It lays out options and pathways with phone numbers, links and QR codes, sorted by what to consider today, this week, and eventually. Works on their phone and as a printout.
